We're deploying a scheduled release. Such releases may introduce new functionality visible to customers, or they may simply involve improvements on the backend and to data processing services. You may experience a brief service interruption, typically under 5 minutes.

The WattIQ team will be upgrading cloud infrastructure which supports our cloud-based dashboard and sensor ingestion. This is a semi-annual activity and results in improved security and better performance.

There should be zero impact to data ingestion from sensors, and almost no visible impact to dashboard users. Alerting will be suppressed for a short period as we move alerting services to new servers, but will catch up. The critical window for alerting will be kept as short as possibl...
