Planned maintenance for new product support

Maintenance

Resolved Feb 19 at 05:00pm PST

The WattIQ dashboard will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes on Wednesday February 19th starting at 5pm Pacific time, as we roll out database changes in support of an upcoming product release. The maintenance should occur after business hours for all relevant customer time zones and thus not impact normal operations. Data will be buffered by gateways, and the team will examine alert conditions once the database migration is complete.

Planned maintenance and infrastructure upgrades

Maintenance

Resolved Apr 30 at 11:00am PDT

WattIQ will be performing planned maintenance and infrastructure upgrades on Wednesday April 30th. There may be momentary disruption and you may need to re-login or reload your browser window, but there should otherwise be minimal disruption to normal service. The length of the maintenance window reflects a number of activities that will occur on the backend, most without any user-visible effects.
