Maintenance

This update introduces a new Asset Inventory page. This change will involve a database update and very brief downtime, less than 15 minutes.

The Dashboard and other backend services will be migrated to a new computing cluster in order to perform regular security updates and software upgrades. There will be minimal downtime, but we do need to update the DNS (domain name service) mapping for https://ibis.io when this occurs, and that may cause a brief period of time where you need to reload your browser, and possibly log in again.

This is our regular biweekly planned release. Such releases may introduce new functionality visible to customers, bug fixes, but they also may simply involve improvements on the backend and to data processing services. Minimal disruption of service to users is expected, and no interruption to data ingestion.

WattIQ will reboot certain backend infrastructure elements in order to pick up recent updates from AWS. There should be no customer-visible impact.
